The rooms at De Pelikaan Texel Appartementen are absolutely amazing! They are stylishly decorated, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition, perfect for relaxing and watching my favorite shows after a long day of exploring Texel. Having free coffee and tea making facilities in the room made me feel right at home. I could enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a calming cup of tea in the evening. The presence of a safe in the room gave me peace of mind, knowing that my belongings were secure throughout my stay. I appreciated having a desk in the room, which came in handy when I needed to catch up on some work or plan my day's activities. The luxurious bathroom with both a shower and bath was a real treat. It allowed me to relax and unwind, and I felt pampered during my entire stay.

Personally, I found the size of the rooms to be a bit small. However, I understand that this is a subjective opinion, and others might still find the rooms comfortable and cozy.

It was a fantastic breakfast buffet and very friendly front desk staff. The bike rental at the hotel and ferry shuttle service were extra convenient. Great value for money.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the bus stop. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and they even offered us a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The hotel also had a lovely garden where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was plentiful with a good selection of items.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Hotel 2 km out of the Koog. Hotel is modern, with ample parking, good beds. Had a standard room that was as expected. Nice breakfast area and buffet. Nature walks close to hotel.

We thought that the location isn't too far from the De Koog centrum. It's a bit too far from the city and the beach though.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It's situated close to the coast and the village - both only a short bike ride away - and has a tranquil location close to nature which provides beautiful scenery. The hotel amenities were top-notch, and the cleanliness standards were impressive throughout. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. It's worth noting that the staff were helpful, approachable, and welcoming at all times, which made our stay even more pleasant.

I liked the complimentary pickup from the ferry. Quality of the breakfast was quite good. Room, had the hotest water I have ever experienced...great.

1) I did not like that after registering we were informed that while they accepted visa, there would be a 3% service charge...it was not mentioned when we booked and luckily we foud an atm machine in town so there was no problem. We don't like surprises. 2) The bike rental was by the day, not on a 24 hr basis. We started our day at about 2 PM so did not get good value...only small disappointment.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is right by the national park and the scenery is breathtaking. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it very easy to explore the area. the hotel is close to the seaside and can be easily accessed by ferry. The room and bathroom were both very clean and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of options. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There was one small negative aspect of our stay. The bikes available for rent at the hotel were a bit pricey compared to other options.

We enjoyed our Christmas vacation at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The hotel's location was key as it was close to the beach and other attractions. We also enjoyed the nice bar where we could relax after a day of exploring.

We found it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in our room. It seemed to get cold at night which was uncomfortable.

Loved my stay here! The hotel was located close to the seaside and the village, making it the perfect jump-off point for my exploration. The room was comfortable, clean and I slept peacefully despite having a soft mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed.

There were a few small things I wasn't a fan of during my stay. The breakfast was a bit monotonous, with the same offerings every day.

Zimmer neben der Sauna dumpf und schwuel trotz kalter Witterung, Aussicht auf den Parkplatz, Matratzen zu weich und duchgelegen, 2 einzelne Betten als Doppelbett zusammengeschoben mit Riesenspalt dazwischen, Bad war nicht sauber (Haare von Vorbewohnern oder der Reinigungsfrau), kein a la carte-Restaurant: nur ein Menue verfuegbar, dass ueberdies vorbestellt werden musste und ab spaetestens 19.00 Uhr einzunehmen war, Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin beim Empfang am Nachmittag wenig verbindlich, an der Grenze zu blanker Unfreundlichkeit.

Close to the see, nice rooms, nice hotel, breakfast, easy to find
